Conditional formatting is > change formatting of row, multiple cells,or cell if value of a cell is ~.

This allowed me to change color of a product number text, from black to red in whole row, if a value in column [O] changed from "Y" (published) or "N" ( not published).
As such giving me nice indication what product are taken off line.
I use this sheet to upload product using CSV in to the on line store.

To do this I created Conditional formatting.
If is true that column [O] equals "N" change color of text in whole row to red.

In OOC Open Office Calc you take this steps:
Open sheet
Select area you want to change formatting to, based on rule. It can be Row,cell, multiple rows multiple cells....)
Click in menu bar on [Format]> [Conditional Formatting]
Check Condition 1(multiple condition can be applied using condition 2 & 3)
Change from drop down menu [Cell value is] to [Formula is]
Insert formula $A1="N"
or another formula you desire keep the $ in front of it(if A1 equals N apply formatting)
Click on [New Style] Create a name your new style and and chose from multiple formatting options to format the desired cells, if condition applies.
Click [Ok]
Test your New formatting.
